This was a project in South Boston driven by the mass closures of covid, and a need to have a highly functional work-out space for clients who were working from home.
This home in Salem, MA was the childhood home of former General Electric CEO Jack Welch. This home was abandoned for over 5 years before our team completed a full gut remodel for a young family.
We purchased and developed this former Christian Science church in historic Marblehead, MA. We completely gutted this to create two luxury townhomes, fully electric with outdoor common spaces and parking areas.
The square footage of this condo in a South End, Boston brownstone was just over 900 square feet, and we used every inch of it. Custom kitchen, millwork and a bathroom with a wall hung toilet and curbless shower maximized the efficiency and comfort in a cozy unit.
In this Bow, NH new build we blended contemporary craftsman exterior styles, with an interior heavily custom built with natural wood finished with antique oils and wood preservatives.
This brownstone in South End, Boston was six floors of luxury gut remodel. With just days until closings the property was victim to a water hammer from the utility provider that flooded the entire building overnight. End result was we rebuilt both units exactly as we just had before the city’s accident.
We purchased and developed this house in Newburyport, MA close to downtown. This sprawling older home had endured years of neglect. We fully renovated every nook and cranny of this near 3800 square foot home blending our own designs with restored existing period details of the home.
A gorgeous old Victorian home in Medford, MA- This home received a full interior remodel featuring a stunning open concept kitchen (that island, omg) living area, and more. Every part of this home was carefully designed and styled for functionality for a large family.
